Reading: As a rule everyone can read our books and documents except historical manuscripts. The reading of manuscripts, if possible, is permitted by the previous request.

Loan: The regulation of our University Library is applied to the loan of our books and documents to the staff and students of our University. People outside our University can not borrow our books and documents as a rule.

Copying: 10 yen per sheet ( for the staff and students of our University)

35 yen per sheet ( for people outside our University)

Opening times: Monday to Friday: 9:00~16:30
