現代のビジネスプロフェッショナルは、経済的・企業的な意思決定において、個人や社会に多面的な影響を及ぼす可能性のある道徳的・倫理的ジレンマに直面することがあります。
本講演では、こうしたジレンマに対処するために必要な「説明責任」や「倫理的・道徳的哲学」の理解を深め、正義や経済分配の観点から意思決定のダイナミクスを探求します。

   Abstract:   While taking various economic/corporate decisions that might impact individuals/societies in multi-dimensional ways, business professionals often find themselves tangled with moral/ethical dilemmas. Tackling these dilemmas requires understanding the notion of accountability towards the broader stakeholder group, along with an introduction to varied ethical/moral philosophies and their positioning in the paradigm of justice and economic distributions systems. This seminar will explore these ideas to provide an understanding of the ethical decision-making dynamics for business professionals.
