“Business Model Transformation for SMEs: shaping new business opportunities”
The post-pandemic and unprecedented New Normal likely will continue to create significant complexity and uncertainty for business organizations. To address the substantial changes occurring, firms must adapt to or shape their business landscape by identifying, creating, and exploiting new opportunities.
Organizational Firms, therefore, need the agility to design and implement strategic changes effectively, which requires fluidity, speed, and mindsets that encourage innovative thinking and resilience. It is therefore imperative that business organizations understand how to transform their innovative ideas into business models towards the Business model Generation framework. This would provide business organizations with the effective approach for developing and improving their business models to survive in the post-pandemic era.
